研究员/博士,安徽省特支计划创新领军人才,安徽省先进复合材料设计与应用工程研究中心主任、中国机械工程学会材料热处理学会理事,中国仪器仪表学会功能材料学会理事等。主持国家磁约束核聚变能发展研究专项(课题负责人)、国家自然科学基金联合基金重点项目(单位负责人)、面上项目(2项)、青年项目,安徽省科技重大专项,安徽省重点研发计划项目,安徽省自然科学基金面上、青年项目等课题和多项校企合作项目。已在Advanced MaterialsAdvanced Functional MaterialsScience BulletinInfomat等知名期刊发表学术论文100余篇,授权发明专利40余项。荣获山西省自然科学一等奖、安徽省科技进步二等奖,合肥市科技进步一等奖等,荣获2022年度中国有色金属协会高等教育教学成果一等奖,20212022年度安徽省教学成果特等奖等。

3. 低重稀土高性能烧结钕铁硼永磁材料关键制备与应用技术。
